Outdoor sauna

Saunagus works by pouring water mixed with essential oils over the red-hot sauna stones. Once the mixture has evaporated, the sauna master vigorously waves a towel, spreading the steam throughout the sauna.

This way, participants get the optimal effect of the wonderful oils. Saunagus can, among other things, boost wellbeing and energy, be stress-relieving, and is a wonderful experience for body and soul.

Saunagus can be a great way to unwind—so if you need a self-care day for you and your partner, or a friend, saunagus is a really good way to de-stress.

The essential oils we use have different effects on the body’s wellbeing. Some oils can be relaxing, cleansing, and have an invigorating effect.

Our sauna masters will treat you to saunagus with different scents.

Saunagus can help increase blood circulation and reduce stress. When you’re done with saunagus, we recommend cooling your body with a dip in cold water, as the switch between heat and cold boosts your circulation.

We also offer, for example, Aqua fitness, Aqua fitness Hydrohex, Aqua stand up and more.

Our outdoor saunagus has many great benefits, such as increased wellbeing, cleansing effects, and more energy.

We recommend drinking plenty of fluids before and after saunagus, as you will sweat a lot.

Please note the following when you visit our saunagus

The following rules apply when using the sauna:

• Remember to wear flip-flops when you leave the swimming pool (flip-flops can be borrowed)
• No access for pregnant women or people with heart problems.
• You must use a towel to sit on.
• Only staff may pour water on the heater.
• Remember to shower both before and after your sauna visit.
