Aqua Fitness – happy and fun exercise

Can’t keep still when you hear good music? Then Aqua Fitness is definitely for you too.

Aqua Fitness is suitable for everyone, regardless of age and ability. It’s a completely different form of exercise, where you work on mobility in the water.
With Aqua Fitness at Arrild Swimming Pool, you’ll get your whole body moving in the lovely warm water in the pool. The exercises are designed so that all age groups can take part.

Everyone is welcome to join in – no sign-up required, just show up in a good mood. Feel free to bring a friend, a neighbour, or your spouse.

After training, you have access to our wellness area. Try our large outdoor sauna, the steam bath, aqua fitness – Hydrohex, aqua stand up or the water park.

The choice is yours – but we guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Aqua fitness is good for your health

There are many great benefits to starting Aqua Fitness. It is, among other things, very gentle on joints and muscles, and the exercises are 20–30% more energy-demanding in water than they would be if performed on land.
If you suffer from sports injuries, are overweight, or have joint and muscle problems, this type of training is gentler on the body.
